From first call to launch

    We talk about what you want to make, who it is for and your calendar. On site or online — 30 minutes is enough.

  2. Quote and plan

    Within 24 hours you receive an itemised quote and a timeline. What is included and what is not is written down.

  3. Production

    Filming, editing, design or development begins. You see a working version at every stage, so there are no surprises.

  4. Delivery and follow-up

    All files are delivered in their formats. We track performance together during the first month after launch.

Frequently asked questions

Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Kuşadası. Davutlar, Güzelçamlı, Söke, Selçuk, Şirince and Didim are our primary service area, and we travel regularly to central Aydın, İzmir, Çeşme and Bodrum. There is no travel surcharge for nearby areas.
How is your pricing determined?
Shooting duration, number of locations, crew size, permit requirements and editing scope determine the price. Instead of fixed packages we quote per project; describe what you want and you get an itemised quote within 24 hours.
What are your delivery times?
Photography 5 working days, drone filming 3-5 working days, corporate film first cut 5-7 working days, 360° virtual tour 7-10 working days, websites 3-6 weeks. Expedited delivery is possible and is stated separately in the quote.
Do drone flights need permission?
Commercial drone flights follow Turkish civil aviation (SHGM) rules and require permission or notification depending on the area. The port area in Kuşadası, archaeological sites in Selçuk and the national park in Güzelçamlı need special clearance. We handle those processes.
Who owns the rights to the footage?
You hold perpetual usage rights to all delivered images and video — web, social media, print and advertising included. We ask separately for permission to use them in our portfolio and will not if you prefer otherwise.
Can I book just one service?
Yes. You can book drone filming only, a website only or editing only. Combining services lowers cost and keeps the visual language consistent, but it is not required.
What are your payment terms?
For production work we take a deposit before filming and the balance on delivery. Web and software projects are paid in stages. Monthly services (social media, advertising, SEO) are invoiced at the start of the month.
What happens in bad weather?
We do not fly if the wind is above the limit or there is rain. The shoot moves to the nearest suitable day at no extra cost. We discuss this upfront and keep a backup day in the calendar.
