Personal data processed

• Identity data: first name, last name
• Contact data: email address, phone number
• Transaction data: requested service, budget range, message content
• Security data: IP address, submission timestamp

Purposes of processing

• Responding to your enquiry and preparing a quote
• Conducting pre-contractual discussions
• Delivering services and managing the client relationship
• Preventing abuse and automated submissions
• Meeting legal obligations

Legal basis

Data is processed on the basis of necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c), compliance with a legal obligation (art. 5/2-ç) and legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f). Where none of these apply, explicit consent is obtained.

Transfers

Data may be transferred to infrastructure providers used to operate the service (hosting, email delivery). Some of these providers may be located abroad; transfers are carried out in line with KVKK requirements. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing.

Retention

Data submitted through the form is retained for a reasonable period after your enquiry is concluded (a maximum of 2 years), except where a statutory retention obligation applies. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction, object to processing, and claim compensation for damages.
